Cheese Pie is the one people ask for by name. Eight precut slices, PHP 310, so nobody has to fetch a knife.
Red Velvet Crinkles go fastest of anything we make, because the cream cheese is sealed inside rather than piped on top. Butter Garlic Sticks do not last long on a table with teenagers.

The pie came before the company
Annie Olegario baked Cheese Pie for her own family in 1985, years before anyone thought to sell it. In 2010 her daughter-in-law, Ma. Victoria Olegario, brought it back under a name that says plainly where it came from: Momilo Mio, from "My Mom-in-Law."
Same recipe. Same town. We have not tried to be clever with it, and that is the whole point.

The cake for the day the whole family shows up
Yema Cake is soft chiffon under a thick, cheesy yema frosting. Caramel Cake is the lighter one, covered in creamy caramel icing.
Nine by nine inches, PHP 780, which is enough for the tita who says she is not having any and then has two slices.
Both keep five days in the fridge, so order them for the day you need them.

Pasalubong is a small test and everyone knows it. Bringing the same tub of something from the terminal is fine. Bringing a box somebody's mother would have baked is better.

Pick your order up at the Cainta store, Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Nothing is added to your total.
